Oh Noes, Women Are Paying Alimony!!

The way I see it, women have next to no reason to complain about this.  How many times have men been told to “man up” and pay their alimony and child support to their slutty ex-wives who then proceed to got Las Vegas with their latest boy toy?

Okay, those are probably outliners.  Let’s change it up.  I thought that men and women are equal in the eyes of the law.  If that is true, then why shouldn’t men who make less than their ex-wives get alimony from them?

If women are really disturbed by this growing, but still uncommon, trend, then the way I see it there are a couple of solutions:

1. Don’t get divorced in the first place.
2. Completely eliminate alimony and child support entirely.  Instead, all property that the man and woman brought into the marriage is returned to them and whatever was acquired while married is split evenly between them.  Joint custody is granted for the children, unless one party formally agrees to give them up, is missing, or is in prison.

Any other options would be tyrannical and completely unfair to men and women over all.

It is clear that divorce is nothing more than women getting revenge on their future ex-husbands through the cold, hard machinations of the State.  They use it to get as much as they can out of their husbands instead of just finding amicable ways to settle things.

It is because of feminism and the rise of the revenge court system in family courts that men are less likely to get married these days.   Note that I did not say it is because of gay marriage.  It is because of the ass-raping system of divorce that has been established by man-hating women and their ass-licking white knights who believe that all men are the problem.

The truth is, equality is a myth.  The Justice System is not blind and views everyone as within a certain group.  If you are poor and black or Hispanic, you will get a harsher sentence for drug possession as compared to if you are rich and white or Asian.  And if you are a man in a divorce court, you will be ass-raped financially by your wife, regardless of your station in life.

This new trend is heartening though, as it appears that men are fighting back and doing what they need to do to avoid years of misery and suicidal thoughts.  But I doubt it is as widespread as it is portrayed in the video.

The State vs. Cliven Bundy

I haven’t discussed the Bundy Ranch incident on my blog here because I just haven’t had the time.  In reality, I have been greatly concerned for the Bundy family and their well-being as I am sure now the Federal government wants them all dead a la Ruby Ridge or Waco.

And no, I am not joking when I say that.  What happened last week was nothing short of a humiliation for the Federal government and demonstrated that all that needs to happen to defeat tyranny is for a few good people to put their lives on the line.

When I first heard the story, I knew that the Feds’ claim about protecting turtles or tortoises was complete and utter horseshit.  I knew that there was something else going on.  That dirty money was being used to make certain friends richer at the expense of a rancher.

And lo and behold if Senator Harry Reid did not show his true colors once people really start looking into it.  It is clear that this is nothing short of cattle rustling being employed by a prominent United States senator and his wormy son.  A crime, by the way, which warranted the death penalty back in the day.

I don’t know Cliven Bundy.  I hardly know anything about his land, his way of life, or his ideals.  He could be a hardcore communist for all I care.  That doesn’t matter.  What matters is that it was his cattle and he was allowed to have them graze on that land longer than the Federal government has had nukes.

Suddenly, the Federal government decided that all of that land was theirs without so much as any compensation for the true owners, the ranchers of Nevada.  They then had the gall to charge them for using that land.

Such is the behavior of tyrants, not “public servants.”  Hell, even an enlightened despot would not do something like this.

This case illustrates why I believe that the Federal government should be completely disbanded, its assets seized, and all its leaders be exiled to Haiti.  They no longer operate on behalf of the American citizen but in spite of him or her.

I know that sounds extreme and a few years ago I would have argued that things can be fixed.  But they cannot.  The Federal government is too corrupt, too rotten, and too powerful to ever be fixed by the actions of a group of angels.  And since we are short on angels as it stands, I have my doubts that any man or group of men could do much better.

With each passing year, more laws, more mandates, more inflation, and more downright corruption appears.  And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it does.

It is high time we broke up the nation, dissolved the United States government, and had a peaceful divorce.  Of course, such things are never peaceful or pleasant for anyone.

Statist Justice vs. Real Justice

Here is a prime example of Statist justice:

An operator of TGI Fridays restaurants in New Jersey raided as part of Operation Swill has agreed to pay a $500,000 fine for serving customers cheap booze when they paid for top shelf.

...

The fine includes $400,000 for the violations and $100,000 to cover investigative costs.

The reason I say that this is Statist justice is because it clearly shows no restitution to the victims of TGIF's crime. And yes, it is a crime to defraud your customers. Essentially, they were lying about the quality of their product in order to get people to pay more. That's called stealing.

Statist justice means that the State has been harmed by all crimes, even if they are not the direct victims of said crime. In this case, $400,000 of the fine is nothing more than a shakedown as none of it going to the victims, just the local government's treasury.

In a true justice system, only the court costs would be involved and the victims would receive compensation under a court order. This is called restitution and it is the traditional form of justice that has long been abandoned in our post-post-modern-doubleplusgood era of feel-good justice and collective responsibility.

I also seriously doubt that the investigation cost $100,000 nor that the money that was gained from TGIF's dirty business was $400,000 as well. The other problem is that I doubt this particular chain of restaurants will be able to recover following the revelation that they are selling shitty liquor.

In any case, this is considered normal when it is an abnormal and perverse form of justice. The state of New Jersey does not deserve any money beyond what was spent to investigate the crime. That $400,000 should be dispersed directly to the people wronged by the booze switch.
