You know, I have to admit I was a little scared at first when I found out that Obama won. That fear probably wouldn't have been there if McCain had won. But I got over it.
Look, the facts are simple. We have a Socialist Democrat at the helm of a big government that is probably 75-90% Socialist. The people picked the right man for the job if they wanted to maintain the status quo or expand government even more.
While I abhor an Obama presidency, I don't think a McCain presidency would have made much difference either. Big government is the status quo in DC. Enjoy the next four years. It will be amusing to see all those who worshiped Obama as a Messiah-type figure be incredibly disappointed.
Then they'll know how I feel about the Republican party.
