The Greatest Scam in Modern History

Probably the biggest scam in the last two centuries has been the Socialist ideal.  I say this good reason and not as a derogatory way.  I firmly believe that Socialism has been nothing more than a large scam perpetrated on the more gullible among us in order to prop up a select few.

This is not to say that the likes of Robert Owen didn’t firmly believe in their misplaced idealism.  Behind every great idea, there are always a bunch who will use it to gain power and prestige.  This is true of just about any movement.

The history of Socialism in America is one that really involves Europeans coming here and looking to establish Heaven on Earth.  Or paradise on Earth.  Either way, the end game was a community in full cooperation with each other and total equality.

The idea stems from the premise that humanity is flawed.  When someone believes his or herself to be better off than the rest of humanity, pride sets in and eventually they begin to believe that they can lead the way to a better future for humanity.  This process has repeated itself throughout the whole of human history, especially modern history as of late.

The drive to make humanity a better race is not an altruistic drive, no matter what these people will say.  They are the largest hypocrites in the world when they talk about making life better for everyone because in truth, they desire to rule over us.  Even if they firmly believe they are altruistic, their heart is driven by a desire to rule over us.  After all, every group needs a leader to guide them.

The scam of Socialism is that is about caring for the poor and downtrodden.  In reality, it is just the means for which people will gain power over the poor and downtrodden while using them to further their own ends.

It wasn’t always like this.  Robert Owen believed that he could bring about Socialism without force or coercion.  He was probably the only true believer in that he thought that Utopia was just around the corner.  He wanted to show the world how we all could live in harmony with one another.  He even named his failed commune “New Harmony.”

It wasn’t until Karl Marx that things began to change and more toward men and women who sought to dominant rather than better humanity.  Karl Marx, you see, didn’t desire to spread his form of Socialism, which he called communism to distinguish from Socialism, but rather sought to impose communism by force.  And so, the direction of the ideal became nothing more than a drive for power over the gullible masses.

And that is what modern day Socialism really is.  It is never about helping others, it is merely about imposing their will over ours, whether we like it or not.  In fact, I won’t call it Socialism, but communism since that is a more descriptive term for the movement.  When you consider the blatant moral decadence of the Left in America, the continuous drive to regulate, and the disregard for the will of the people, what else could it be but communism, the greatest scan in modern history.
