So I was talking with my wife about Webster Tarpley claiming that cutting food stamps means the genocide of 50 million people and she provided a perfect analogy of constitutionalism:
It’s like you have a house with 12 kids in there and you go in there and tell them that you are going to start enforcing the rules now. This means that all the fun things they got to do are now no longer an option. And yes, the kids are going to complain, bitch, and moan about not being able to get a cookie every now and then, but you’ll have established a less chaotic system in the process. It means that you are now behaving like a mature adult and not some enabler of bad behavior.
