The Arrogance of She and Other Idiocies

The Arrogance of She

I have marveled in the past about how Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi seems to be on the wrong side of Congress when it comes to the kinds of policies she is pushing.  She is on the wrong side of everything, even many members of her own party, and still she persists on ramming down out throats Socialized medicine.  I am convinced that she just simply hates each and every one of us and wants us all to die before our time.  If she got drunk and had a gun in front of her, I bet she would go on a rampage in a children’s hospital.

Her latest unpopular policy, which is of course the Socialized medicine bill, merely demonstrates that she is not only arrogant but seriously deranged.  Even after the Tea Parties and the town hall meetings and all the protests, she still produces a bill with the freaking public option in it.  For those of you who are stupid enough to believe her, understand that any government option in health care merely monopolizes health care to the government and eventually brings us around to Socialized medicine.  If you do not believe me, well, try and find a good, cheap plan for your grandparents or closest relative who qualifies for Medicare.  You will not find one because Medicare is a government monopoly on health care for the elderly.

Speaking of lazy people…

The Tale of the Lottery Loser

I read an old article about man who won the lottery but ended dying broke.  This does not really surprise me so much.  What did alarm me was that his own brother hired contract killers to have him killed.  Everything he bought with his winnings rapidly became worthless.  And he was divorced six times.  I believe most of those divorces were before he won though.

But this got me think about the lottery in general and how it is a tax on the poor and the stupid.  Why do we allow our state and local governments to run lotteries?  You lottery ticket buyers are retarded and you annoy the crap out of me.  It seems like every time I am held up in line at a 7-Eleven waiting to pay for my Big Gulp, you are there buying your worthless tickets.  And then you expect me to pay for your retirement and health care because you were too stupid to do us all a favor and die in a ditch.

Speaking of ditches…

A Polished Quarter Is Still Worthless

So apparently the last quarter of this year experienced unexpected growth, which has not happened since the second quarter of 2008.  At least that is what is being reported.  In any case, if you believe it, you will also note that those same people are crediting the first time buyer tax credit and the Cash for Clunkers program for the recent growth.

But nobody and his mother is discussing the big elephant in the room right now.  That is, that the government programs have pretty much ended or reached their peak.  What that means is that we will probably see more economic contraction.  And this is why the optimists need to be tarred and feathered.  They are practically lying to us about how everything is going to be OK.

The main problem is that the government, the Federal Reserve, the financial industry, the housing industry, and the car industry all keep insisting on doing business as usual.  The only thing that is slightly different is that Obama is firing private citizens from their jobs and has an unelected, unapproved cabinet official determining pay.

Speaking of Czars…

Uncle Obama’s Kitchen

You know, nobody has really made the comparison between Obama’s various Czars, who are really just his friends who have a job at the Whitehouse to mess with the economy and ensure our children are gay, and Andrew Jackson’s Kitchen Cabinet.  Maybe we should put Obama on the twenty dollar bill.  They both certainly act the same in that they do what they want.

Still, I encourage our President to not do anything for the next three years or so.  Instead, he should continue playing golf, going shopping and dating, and whatever else he can do on our dime.  It is a great trade-off from what he would be doing if he took his job seriously.
