So if you have not heard, Roman Polanski was arrested in Switzerland for his 32 year old charge of molesting a 13-year-old girl. Already many people have voiced their opinion that this is absurd, that it is another case of the Imperial United States harassing an individual.
If the charges were false, I would agree with that sentiment. However, this is not the case. Roman Polanski got this young girl drugged and then proceeded to engage in oral, regular, and back-door sex with this girl, all the while she kept on moaning “no". He himself admitted to the crime, which is why he plea bargained with the DA. He then proceeded to evade justice and fled to France where he continued to make money off of movies. I remember watching The Ninth Gate and thinking, “is this movie going to get interesting soon?”
Now, I had not heard of this incident until his arrest. Being a member of Generation X (or is it Y?), this was before my time and was probably the unspoken subject among Hollywood. I do not even recall much of a controversy when he won an Oscar for The Pianist, apparently a movie about a bartender and a slightly deaf Genie.
But the French knowingly allowed this scumbag to roam their streets as a free man. If that does not smack of our need to drop France from NATO, I do not know what else would. In any case, this just serves as the latest example of why France is slowly being overrun by Islam.
Yes, I am aware that if they stopped importing foreigners, they would stop the problem. However, the reason they have had to import Muslims from other countries is because of decades of moral decadence. No, the United States is not morally superior to France, we just happen to not be all that close to Muslim-dominated nations (unless Hugo Chavez converts).
You see, without moral clarity, people often tend to self-destruct and destroy themselves from the inside. That is why abortion is such a detriment not only to the notion of family but to society as a whole. There are 40 million people that could have been in my generation out there working for a better world whose lives were snuffed out because some slutty college girl wanted to continue her studies.
Such a thing would never have happened here, and I suspect an equivalent phenomenon has happened in France as well, if people had a clear moral compass and leaders willing to do what was right. But abortion is merely one of the icebergs that is sinking the Titanic of western civilization. There are many others and I do not have the time to go over all of them, but I am sure that you all know what they are.
I think the real reason that these Muslims have not integrated well within France is because they see the moral decadence of the French, such as allowing a convicted child rapist to roam free, and they cling fast to their religion. People, men especially, need moral judgment, not stupid campfire, feel-good nonsense. That is all well and good, but men are the natural leaders of their families and, whether you like it or not, a man must be the moral guide of his household. If he is morally uncertain or depraved, the result is often a collapse of a stable family and kids who grow to be sociopaths.
When secular humanism spread throughout western civilization, it basically removed moral clarity from the mainstream of society. In doing so, it caused us to question our belief system and allow other belief systems to flourish. You do not think that many of these followers of Islam would give it up if they were given another alternative like Christianity? Some would definitely not, but many potentially would if the secular humanists had not tarnished our image. After all, many foreign Muslims look at western civilization as predominantly Christian, even though I believe it is not.
Without moral guidance, we find ourselves overrun by those who do have it, and often in the worst possible way. France has long been considered to be the most morally decadent country of western civilization. But for a long time they did have some level of moral clarity. Now they pass laws that classify the Baptist denomination as a cult and harbor dangerous Islamic fanatics because they have aborted their own young workforce out of existence.
It is a shame that such things are coming to pass, but there is always hope. I doubt anyone in France will take it seriously though. For that matter, I doubt anyone here will take it seriously as well.
